Mitigating bias through a company of over 130,000 team members worldwide can be especially difficult, as many team members are dispersed and not working in an office. Creating a training plan that will increase inclusivity within multiple facets within a company, can encourage employees to understand diversity and implement those practices into their everyday work and life.
